Xinghua JIAHE factory was founded in 2003 and has been in operation for over twenty years. During this period, the factory has undergone three expansions and renovations. The third - phase expansion in 2026 will be completed by the end of the year. After completion, the company's floor space will reach more than 20,000 square feet, and the product structure will develop into a diversified one, including dehydrated vegetables, natural fruit and vegetable powders and so on.
· The existing drying workshop in XINGHUA can process products such as spring onion, carrot, Bok Choy, cabbage, onions, sweet potatoes, etc., with an annual manufacturing capacity of 4000-5000 tons.
· We Jiahe company invested in a new plant in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia in 2023 to produce green bell peppers, red bell peppers, tomatoes, pumpkins, Onions and other products, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 2000-3000 tons.

    Xinghua Jiahe Food Co., Ltd. was established with first-year sales reaching approximately 3 million yuan.
  • 2004
    Signed contract with initial international client - Nissin USA, officially entering the U.S. market.
  • 2005
    Established partnership with Nongshim Korea, expanding into the Korean market.
  • 2007
    First participation in European food exhibition, establishing cooperation with global companies like Nestlé, Mars, and Kerry, further expanding in European and American markets.
  • 2010
    First obtained BRC Grade A certification.
  • 2012
    Further expanded into Middle Eastern, Russian, and South American markets, establishing a global sales network.
  • 2014
    Completed initial expansion, adding multiple automated production lines with annual capacity increasing by approximately 50%.
  • 2017
    Annual sales exceeded 100 million yuan.
  • 2018
    Completed second expansion, further increasing production capacity.
  • 2019
    Initiated base cultivation of chives, carrots, napa cabbage, and Qinggeng vegetables to ensure raw material quality.
  • 2023
    Invested in Inner Mongolia Mengchuanyuan Factory, now the largest green/red pepper and tomato production base in Northwest China. Achieved full supply chain integration from cultivation to end products for major exports.
  • 2024
    Annual sales exceeded 200 million yuan. The BRC certification level was upgraded to A+.
  • 2025
    Launched third expansion project (expected completion by end of 2026) to further increase capacity and achieve standardized, automated production.

Milestones
Factory Environment

Jiahe Xinghua factory currently has powdering and granulation workshops, 4 color selection processing lines, and 3 packaging production lines. We have nearly 20 sets of color selection machines, most of which are AI color selection machines. Then each production line is equipped with magnetic, X-ray, stoning machine, metal detection machines and other equipment. The further selection processing capacity is about 10,000 tons.


From planting to harvest, we closely monitor every agricultural process—pesticide application, weed control, fertilization, and mechanized cultivation—to ensure strict compliance with our high standards.
